Heroes come in all shapes and sizes. Some wear capes and some leap tall buildings; some spew spider webs, and others, bulk up.

Yet, you can be a Hero, too.

All you need is you and a desire to make a difference. That’s a true hero. You reach out, you help others, you bring out the best in people and help them to become even better.

True Heroes use kindness as their cape and acceptance as their webs to surround others. One day at a time, one moment at a time, one person at a time. Reach out and let someone know that you care; that they are loved…that they are amazing and matter just as they are.
