There are different types of leaders: the quiet leaders – that model how a leader is: kind, and accepting of who and how people are to include them into the “plan” whatever that plan may be. The quiet leaders inspire others to become leaders and embrace the notion that we all matter.

There are, also, negative leaders, who are judgmental and mean. These leaders are divisive and cruel. They make fun of others to make themselves feel better. These are not actual leaders, but puppets to their insecurities. They are mean and only want power. It’s not so much about leading, but about controlling.
