Kind Words…Kind World

Stop and listen…just for a few seconds to the words around you.

The words have become violent and abusive, hateful and hurtful — at home, at school, at work and in society. What is it that supports this ugliness? And notice how this spreads like wildfire. And like wildfire, it burns and scars our inner most being, the core of who we are. When inundated with such verbal abuse, we come to believe what we here, “You are stupid!” “You can’t do this!” “Shut up, you have nothing to say.” And there are so many more. It is certain, that many struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, a sense of worthlessness because of what has been said and integrated into heads and hearts. The more negative the words the more serious the implications to poor mental health. Believing what is heard, the turn around needs to come with positive words, compliments and advocating for others.

Think about it…when was the last time you received a compliment or gave one to another person.

Start today — give one compliment each day to one person. Notice the responses.

We are so much kinder to animals than one another…lets be kind to all.
